Customer Service

We are looking for professional and friendly candidates, who know that being the voice of the company is more than just answering a few questions on the phone. If you enjoy speaking with and helping others, are a good problem solver, and have the ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, then this customer service role will be perfect for you.
Hours for the position will be 9-5 or 11-7.
- Answer incoming calls to assist customers with questions or problems within companies best practices.
- Maintain a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Present solutions to issues as simply and efficiently as possible.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Great interpersonal skills
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to handle high volume of inbound calls
- Ability to multi-task and handle intake of information from the customer.
No Degree Required
Entry Level
- Willing to take and pass a few qualifying tests for consideration.
- Willing and able to work within the specified hours listed above.
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
