Requirements:
Doctorate or Master's degree (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, Psychology Associate).
Supervision is available 20 client hours per week or more Maryland, DC, or VA independent license HIPAA compliant home office Reliable internet connection Must have professional liability insurance Experience counseling multicultural clients Be flexible and receptive to change as part of an expanding and growing company Maintain all legal and ethical requirements of the profession Self-motivated and committed to client's therapeutic goal Special
Qualifications:
Experience working with trauma Working with Veterans Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven ability to establish and maintain a positive rapport with a diverse variety of clients and professionals Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel programs A high degree of organization and ability to work independently and take initiative Demonstrated attention to detail, as well as to identifying and addressing more significant systemic issues Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure paperwork is timely and completed correctly Knowledge of community-based resources, including mental health, social service agencies, chemical health, etc.

Responsibilities:
Assess patient psychological needs, abilities, and behaviors by using appropriate evidence-based psychological screenings Develop, maintain, implement and update treatment plans using evidence-based psychological interventions Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy Provide timely documentation for assessment and treatment activities Provide crisis assessment and counseling as needed Supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and biopsychosocial assessments Psychoeducation

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
